Shipping Policy

WHEN AND HOW TO CHANGE THE INFORMATION OF MY ORDER?

If you realize that you made a mistake when entering your shipping information or placing your order, simply email us at contact@studyvn.com within 24 hours. Please check the order confirmation email sent to you immediately after your order is placed to verify all information.

WHEN DO I GET THE TRACKING NUMBER?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Stock processing and packaging typically take about 2–5 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, tracking information will be available and sent to you.

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation within 5 working days after completing your payment. If we are unable to process your order because of inaccurate or incomplete payment details or an incorrect address, your order processing may be delayed.

HOW TO CHECK MY PACKAGE?

When your order has shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply use the tracking number provided through the USPS tracking system or via this link:

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

The estimated delivery date is calculated as follows:

Estimated Delivery Date = Purchase Date + 2–5 business days for stock processing + Estimated Shipping Time

Location — Shipping Time

United States: 7–15 working days

Canada and Europe: 5–12 working days

You can expect to receive your order on or before the estimated delivery date.

There is typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters USPS facilities in China to the time it is processed at USPS facilities in the United States. This usually takes an average of 2–7 days.

RISK-FREE SHIPPING

If, for any reason, your goods do not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a 100% refund for that item. This is our promise to you.

If an order is missing, please let us know at contact@studyvn.com. We will investigate the issue, which usually takes 3–5 business days, and send a replacement after we reach a conclusion.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free and listed in U.S. dollars. This means you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details regarding charges, please contact your local customs office.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the address is entered correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address you enter, as we will not be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

If the order arrives in your country and:

- The customer refuses to accept the package; or
- Multiple delivery attempts are made in the destination country,

we reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
